In addition, no mobile information (including your phone number and SMS consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

If you provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form — you agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) from Mortgage Defender related to your mortgage protection quote, application, policy updates, appointment scheduling, and related service and marketing information.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to obtain a quote or purchase any product or service.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out, reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

12. Insurance Information Practices

As a licensed insurance agency, we are also subject to federal and state insurance privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and state insurance information and privacy protection acts. We provide a separate Insurance Information Privacy Notice to applicants and policyholders at the time of application and annually thereafter, as required by law.
